Darling on tour in Manchester

News of a £1.35m economic study that will be used to review future development in Manchester.

Alistair Darling launched the review this morning which accprding to the MEN IS

believed to be the first of its kind, is due to be completed by the end of the year with the goal of helping key agencies to identify measures required to help the city realise its full economic potential.


The review is the brainchild of Manchester Enterprises

After that the Chancellor willbe taken on a tour of the media city site,the Universities technology centre and the New East Manchester developments in Ancoats
