“Everything will be very tightly costed and there won’t be big spending commitments.”

David Miliband has just confirmed to Sky News that there will be no spending major committments in Labour's manifesto.

Due out tomorrow,the Foreign Secretary told the programme that it would be more like the 1997 manifesto than a 2001 or 2007,

“Everything will be very tightly costed and there won’t be big spending commitments.”
