It didn't take long did it?
Kraft has announced that it will close Cadbury's Somerdale plant by 2011 with the loss of 400 jobs, despite a previous pledge to keep the factory open.
So much for all the strong talk coming out of Peter Mandelson's department around the take over.
However let's remember that the initial plans for closure came out of the previous owners plans and Kraft has said that it thought the plans were far too in advance to do a U-turn.
