Differing stories on the front pages this morning.

The Telegraph examines the expense claims of the candidates for speaker which includes

- Margaret Beckett, the bookmakers’ favourite to become Speaker, claimed for almost £11,000 in gardening expenses, including £1,380 for plants..
and

John Bercow, the Conservative MP and second favourite to replace Mr Martin, twice charged taxpayers for the cost of hiring an accountant to complete his tax return.


Meanwhie the Times reports that the Prime Minister is facing fresh cabinet disquiet about his leadership after senior ministers in a meeting at No 10 openly questioned his tactics for taking on the Tories.
