The return of Paul Gray

Over at Three Line Whip,Jonathan Isaby reports that Paul Gray is back.Gray ,you may remember was the fall guy at Revenue and Customs last autumn over the loss of date which meant that half the populations bank detals ended up in the hands of ....well who knows?

Anyway Jonathan reports that
