These signatories alone total 39. If they all crossed the floor and voted with a united opposition; they alone would be enough to overturn Gordon Brown's majority of 67. But we know that the potential rebellion goes much further than that. At least half a dozen PPSs, Ministerial bag carriers, are contemplating resigning from the government.
