Goat speaks out on government policy (again)

The Goats are at it again.Following in the steps of Lord Malloch Brown and Admiral Lord West,Sir Digby Jones has spoken out against the government's policy.

This time it is over the government's palns to tax wealthy foriegners.He has spoken out the plans to tax foreigners who have been here for more than seven years and who mhave claimed tax exempt status.

Sir Digby sees this as potentially driving away foreign businessmen from the city of London,a trade which the government can ill afford to upset,since they contribute to the engine room of current growth.
